John Gidharry John joined Digicel in October 2002 as a Corporate Sales Executive, prior to the launch of the St. Lucia operation. Having successfully grown the corporate business in six months, John was asked to lead the corporate sales drive for the launch of the St.Vincent operation in March 2003. A period of huge growth followed, as John drove corporate sales in a number of Eastern Caribbean markets, namely Grenada (October 2003), Barbados (August 2004), St. Kitts and Nevis (December 2005), Dominica (May 2006) & the British Virgin lslands (November 2008). In 2006, John was promoted to Sales Manager for Southern OECS to include the St. Lucia, St. Vincent and Grenada markets. Digicel market share increased in these islands through innovative product ranges, competitive sales strategies and pricing. September 2007 saw John move to St. Kitts as Assistant Country Manager & then in November 2008, Sales Director for the BVI.
In July 2010, John moved to Anguilla & became Country Manager, Digicel Anguilla, responsible for all areas of the operation. |
