What if I Don't Use My Whole Balance?
Your FLEXcards have the following expiratory dates: $10 and $15 expire after 30 days, $25 expires after 45 days, $40 expires after 60 days and $70 expires after 90 days.
If you do not use the full value of your FLEXcard within this period, you have an additional 60 days in which you can top-up your account. Any remaining credit on the phone will be added to your new top-up amount. However, if you exceed the 60 days, your SIM will be cancelled and you will need to purchase a new one to continue service with Digicel. With your Digicel Select account, your credit limit depends on the package you have chosen. If you reach your credit limit and are cut off, you have 30 days in which to pay your bill or you will be cut off and you will have to buy a new SIM to continue service with Digicel.

If you choose the Digicel Flex product, all you have to do is simply make a call to activate your account. For Digicel Select, the minute you leave the Dealer store your account is active. It's as easy as that!

What's the Difference Between Dual-Band and Tri-Band and What do I Use in Anguilla?
GSM Mobile Technology operates on three frequency levels - 900 MHz, 1800 MHz and 1900MHz. Dual band means that your phone will work on 900 MHz and 1800 MHzfrequency levels. Tri-band means that your phone will work on all three levels, for example if you're traveling to the USA and plan to use your phone, you would need a tri-band phone as they operate on 1900 MHz levels. All of our phones are dual band so you can still enjoy a great variety of top class phones for every budget. There is no activation fee for either Digicel Flex nor Digicel Select customers.

No, there is no credit check. However, Digicel Select customers are asked to provide proof of ID together with a deposit. The deposit will vary depending on the pricing package chosen.
Can I Pick My Own Phone Number?
No, unfortunately not.
Do I Have to Sign a Contract?
Only Digicel Select customers sign contracts. There is no contract for Digicel Flex.
What if My Phone is Lost or Stolen?
If your phone is lost of stolen, report it immediately to Digicel. When you contact us on 264 498-DIGI (3444)
we will suspend service to your phone and you will not incur any charges for calls made following this.

What's the Longest digiTEXT Message that I can Send and Receive?
160 Characters long - and this includes spaces and punctuation! Some handsets, like the Nokia 6310i, however, allow you to type messages over 160 characters. In this case, the message will be broken up & sent as separate messages of up to 160 characters each.
How Many digiTEXT Messages Can I store in my Inbox?
You can store up to 20 messages in your SIM. However, you will not be able to store this many if your memory is used up on other things such as your phonebook. This takes up a lot of your phone's memory. Some phones also allow you to store messages on the phone itself. For further information on this, consult your Manufacturer's User Guide. It is always a good idea to delete messages as you receive them, however, to ensure that your memory will never get overloaded.
What if Someone Tries to Send me a digiTEXT and my Phone is Either Turned-Off of Out of Coverage?
The message will be store for 8 days. If, after this time, you still have not accessed the message, it will be deleted. If the sender has their delivery notification turned on, they will receive a message to this effect.

Can I Check my Voicemail From any Phone?
Yes you can! To access Digicel's Messaging Service from your mobile phone, simply dial 123. Or, if you wish, you can dial 1 264 584 6245
from a landline. If you are calling from a landline, you will be asked to enter your phone mobile number and password. Your default password is 0000 - you can change this if you wish by simply following the instructions.
How Will I Know if I Get a Voicemail Message?
Once a message is delivered to your phone, a message notification will appear on your phone. Once you get this, simply dial 123 from your mobile phone and follow the instructions.
How Many Voicemail Messages Fit in my Mailbox?
You can store up to 5 minutes of voicemail messages.
How Long are My Messages Saved for?
You can store unread voicemail messages for 30 days and you can store read messages for up to 17 days. Once you have passed these times, you messages will be deleted from you phone.
